Longwood Place Impact Advisory Group (IAG) Meeting

The BPDA is hosting an Impact Advisory Group (IAG) Meeting for the Longwood Place (305 Brookline Avenue) proposal located in the Longwood Medical Area. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the proposed Planned Development Area (PDA) Development Plan for the redevelopment of the site, which is the existing Simmons University Residential Campus. The meeting will include a presentation followed by Q&A and discussion from the IAG members, as well as comments from the general public, time permitting.

The purpose of this meeting is to share updates to the proposal with IAG members and solicit feedback.

The proposed PDA Development Plan consists of the redevelopment of the approximately 5.8 acre site located at 305 Brookline Avenue in the Longwood neighborhood of Boston with a phased mixed-use development consisting of approximately 1.75 million gross square feet of residential, office/laboratory, retail, restaurant, commercial, community space, and parking. The proposed PDA Area will be organized around approximately 2.3 acres of new public open space.circulation for all modes of movement.
